Shipping

After your order has been successfully placed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships - we will notify you via email as soon as your order is on its way to you!

Shipping time is dependent on your shipping location and customs clearance. Please note that for South American cities, shipping time is likely to be delayed due to long customs processing. This is not controllable by our courier services.

Our office and post offices are closed on weekends. Orders on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a MegaCray E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire! We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, MegaCray will not issue return credit.   

Helpful Hint: If returning by mail, we suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for convenience (you can find information on flat rate shipping HERE). You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. MegaCray does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Accessories that require body piercings to wear e.g. earrings, belly pins etc.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns 

MegaCray reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. 

Similarly, MegaCray reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above. 

Non-MegaCray items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer’s return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all customers across the globe. 

Final Sale Items

All items on sale “selling price slashed” are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be returned for store credit. Additionally, bodysuits, accessories that require body piercings, swimsuits, and/or undergarments are non-returnable. In the event of an unauthorized return, MegaCray reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee for bodysuits, swimsuits, undergarments, or final sale items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please be advised that if you do ship your return or exchange back without communicating with one of our customer service representatives, we will not be able to process a refund nor an exchange.  As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring your return is delivered to our warehouse in the condition it was received in. All returns should include a tracking number which will notify you (and us!) when your return is received.  If we do not receive your return, no refund or exchange will be granted.

When we receive your return, it will be processed in under 24 hours. Once it is processed, your full refund will be given. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to be returned to your account. If you're requesting an exchange, the merchandise you requested in your exchange form will be shipped immediately once your return is accepted, provided that they're in stock. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@megacray.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@megacray.com and we will provide you instructions for returns.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Stale Returns

MegaCray requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns by mail are subject to being rejected and returned the sender. Alternatively, if the cost returning the item to your attention exceeds the then current value of the item, MegaCray will apply a 50% restocking fee to the item(s) when processed in our distribution center. An E-Gift Card for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
